I have signed a bond of 12 months with Aricent for Graduate Trainee. I want to know that after this bond I can continue my work with Aricent or Aricent will throw me after 12 months?

Yes, of course you can continue your job in the same company after completing 12 months bond. However, it is mandatory that you must perform well in those 12 months in order to secure your job. Unsatisfied performance may let into firing you from the job. Just concentrate on your work and try to give your best on a daily basis, then definitely you may get a good name, which may let into get a higher position job in future.
