Hi,
I am done with my B.Tech and preparing for GATE. But I am also looking for private job. I have heard about HCL Infra employee referral recruitment. Can you tell me what it is actually? I can't understand this. Please let me know.

Referral is one of the mediums of recruitment followed by the companies. As per the referral policy of HCL, any employee of HCL infra can refer the portfolio of a person for a particular vacancy in the company. Then the profile of the candidate will be assessed by the recruitment team and if found suitable for the concerned position, the company will conduct that person and schedule a walk-in interview for that job position. If the person is selected and given employment opportunity, the referrer will get a certain amount of money/certain gifts as per the company's policy.
