Details of Technical Help Desk position in IBM


Hello Sir,
I would like to know about the post which is Technical Help Desk which is available in IBM. Can you please provide me details of this post? Kindly help me to know about this.

Technical Help desk is the job profile which work internally of the IBM.
This is a internal Job post for the IBM. In this you won't be working for your client, instead your client will be IBM itself.

You will be supporting IBM associates only on different issue based on the Technicality like: their IBM portal, Server and all these things.

It is basically a support service which is provided by the IBM associates to the working employee.
