Hello sir
I got an offer with HCl technologies.
but I have history of arrears in my btech.
Will it trouble me in promotion?
please advise me.......

No, there is nothing as such that you will face problem in getting promotion if you have history of arrears in your B.Tech course. There are many who had arrears but have done really well in their professional career. Since you have cleared your arrears so it will not be a problem. For promotion, other factors matter like your relationship with your supervisor, your teammates and team leader, your performance and your consistency. So work hard and work smartly, promotion is bound to come provided there is enough growth opportunities in your company.
