What is the gap of attending the
interviews in ibm for experience people?

Usually the gap for attending IBM interviews is 6 months for freshers which is same for lateral as well but the best thing to do if you are a lateral is to approach the HR and find out as sometimes they would have thought that they can take you for the job but for some small reasons they would have rejected you. So, if that's the case they will be ready to setup one more interview pretty soon than you expect as well.

Make sure that you prepare yourself well the next time when you attend the interviews in IBM. Most of the time candidates fail interview because of common etiquette's not followed for the interview.
