dear sir, i m a permanent govt employee.i want to do private job other than this job for extra income.can i do this.

Sorry, a government employee should not do private job simultaneously. The government employee should not do any other job in his/her name nor do any business in his/her name. So you can only do one job at a time i.e. government job only.
