Sir, i'm completed diplomo nursing (3 1/2yrs) in private college since 2012 jan. Now am in taluk g.h under(private)contract basis. Nw i want to big priavet job. How to get it? Please guid me sir.

In order to get a good private job, you need to come out of your taluk and need to go to some metropolitan city and then find a job there, because until and unless you will be staying at small area you won't be getting any exposure to the outer world, and believe me this will be one of the most important hindrance in your career growth.

So, come out of small area just explore in to the bigger one. Surely you will get a good job there.

As in the big city there are always a requirement of employee for all sectors, there you will get a lot of opportunity.

To get good job you need to do the following things:

1. You need to have some years of experience.
2. You need to upload your resume to job portals.
3. You need to upload your CV along with your resume.
4. You need to have some reference that can help you to get the job.

These are the things that you have to do to get a good and big job. Otherwise you will be there in the taluk only. So, just make your network big.
