Can anyone of you please tell me about the rounds available in Deloitte On-Campus Interview? How I can prepare for cracking this interview? Please let me know immediately.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for Deloitte is,

Deloitte= 60%

You should not have any pending backlog.

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for Deloitte recruitment.

Selection round:-

Aptitude Test
Technical Test
HR

For HR round, you should prepare below given question:-

1. Introduce yourself.

2. What are your greatest strengths?

3. What are your greatest weaknesses?

4. Why do you want to work at our company?

5. Out of all the candidates that we have interviewed, why should we choose you only?

6. Tell us about the skills which are required for this position?

7. Can you work under pressure?

8. Are You Comfortable Working In A Team?

9. In what areas do you need to improve your skills?

10. Where do you see yourself five years from now?

11. Do you have any questions for me?

There are three rounds in Deloitte on- campus recruitment drive. The rounds are-

- Online written test conducted by aspiring minds ( AMCAT).
- Case study
- Personal interview

Tips -

- The most important thing is communication skill. You need to have a good communication skill as this is the prime criteria.
- You should have a good practice of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and English ( verbal ability).
- You should be able to think analytically and logically and should be able to express yourself.
- You should know basic programming.
- You should be calm and confident.
