This is Damodharan from Trichy. I had attended Syntellect 2015 program conduct by Syntel on 9th Nov 2015 at Shri Sairam College of engineering, Bangaluru. And I had cleared all the rounds. But till now I didn't receive any mail from syntel. So i want to know how much time if taken by Sntel for the issue of offer letters?


If anyone knows about this pleased to inform me.

There is no definite duration between selection process by Syntel and the issue of offer letter. There are many internal processes undertaken by Syntel before issue of offer letter. Moreover, it is governed by business requirements and HR policies of the company. Hence there is no definite time. However, expect to receive it within six months. The joining is given within one year.
