Kindly tell me how much time will CTS take to give offer letters to the recruited candidates? How much will the freshers salary, paid during their training period?

There are many internal processes to be undertaken after a candidate is recruited by a company especially if it is a foreign based company. They need to get the recruitment letter of authorization from their Headquarters. Hence there is a bit delay in the issue of offer letters after the recruitment drive is over. For CTS, the estimated time to dispatch offer letters will be 3-4 months.

The salary for freshers will be 3.01 lakhs per annum for one year including training period. After one year, the salary package will be revised to 3.46 lakhs per annum.
