Hello, Larsen & Toubro offered an internship to B.E. Civil graduate. They will take entrance and interview for this internship. After this internship they will offer job as they have mentioned. So, how they will recruit through internship as I think there are more candidates in internship and less job available so again after internship they reject many candidates?

Selection Procedure in Larsen & Toubro Recruitment through Internship:

>> Candidates who are done with their B.Tech in any of the following streams are eligible to apply for Internship. They are,
* Civil Engineering
* Mechanical Engineering
* Electronics Stream
* Electrical Stream
* Instrumentation Engineering ,,etc.,

>> As you are doing B.E in Civil Engineering, I can say that you are certainly eligible to apply for L&T Internship.

>> The selection process of L&T Internship is as follows,
* In general, company officials recruitment students by conducting on-campus drives at several colleges.
* In the first step, you will be called for Group Discussion which will be held for about 1 hour.
* After that, based on the performance in GD then candidates will be shortlisted for the next round. The next round is generally Personal Interview and will be held for about 15 to 20 minutes. You may be interviewed on the basis of technical stuff and then after getting through this round then you will be called for attending Internship at L&T.

If they have promised their interns a job after completion of internship, then you should get it, provided you fulfill their criteria. The selection will not be direct and you have to appear for interview.

Hence, those interns who will clear the interview, will be eligible to get the job. Everyone will not get a job surely.
