The headquarters of the Allegis Group is in the United States. The company is on the largest staffing companies of the world. The company was founded by Steve Bisciotti and Jim Davis in the year 1983. The company was originally named Aerotek and I the beginning provided jobs to people from the technical field especially engineers, for expansion of aerospace and other engineering industries. Currently it has 200 offices in US and is now taking in other professionals for staffing.

Job profile- 

HR Manager  would be liable for handling the progammes related to human capital and implement the processes in a manner that ensure success for the strategies framed by the company. He would be responsible for the higher performance of the organization. The candidate must be capable of understanding the strategies and processes of the business to fulfill the needs of human capital and the goals of the business. The candidates must have a proof or record of change management and must be able to take initiatives for organizational development. He must prove a support to the seniors and give them perfect recommendations in terms of new policies and procedures. The HR team is to be directed by the candidate in terms of employee relations, recruitment, compensation, training, payroll, facilities etc. The candidate must be capable of maintaining the confidentiality of HR and other related data of the company.

Qualifications – 1.  Bachelor’s degree in HR
                           2.  10+ years experience of HR
                           3.   3-5 years experience in strategic management
                           4.    Knowledge of European Union employment related law

Salary - £45000 to £65000
