hi sir i am karthik.r i wanna job in mnc but i have lowest percentage in b.com 45% what can i do now? in sslc 75 in puc 53

It is ofcourse bit difficult to get jobs in MNCs when the marks are lower than 60% in degree and schooling. Some of the better options which you can try now for getting job in MNCs are as follows,

-> Try doing PG course like M.Com or MBA in good colleges which should enable you to get the job in companies who take professionals only based on the skills.

-> Apply jobs first in small scale companies even if it's not a MNC to make sure that you will gain experience for first few years and with that experience apply for the MNCs in later stage of your career path.

-> Enroll yourself with various courses which are available which will sharpen your skills and add value in your resume. Courses which are based on Soft skills, Computers etc are always a positive mark for the candidates who are seeking for jobs.

-> Last but not least just put in your complete hard work to either finding a job or to do your PG course so that you can have a better career in future.
