What to do, if my weight is not proportionate to height for cabin crew job?

Hi, my name is Nisha and I want to go for cabin crew my weight is 45 not in proportion of my height which is 165 cm. Could you please tell me what should I do because this is the only dream of mine and I wish that it comes true as soon as possible. But now I am getting demotivated just because of my weight.

There isn't much problem, if your weight in not in proportionate with your height, as it can be maintained by following proper diet and nutrition. Also you can join gym and various dance/yoga/zumba classes to gain or lose weight according to your need.
Also you can consult dietitian or nutritionist to get proper diet plans.

You should try at different places, if one is not considering you for it. There are many other options, which don't have any such criteria.

You can also try to work on your weak points, so that you can become eligible for it. There are no other thing you can do, if you don't have the fitness for such jobs.

If your weight is not proportionate to height for cabin crew then, you will be terminated from the recruitment process as you are not able to fulfill the physical standards required for the post. If possible try to make your weight proportionate to height by taking some measures.

You have to increase your weight to get proportionate to height for a cabin crew job. It is mostly easier to increase weight than to reduce. You have to eat well and get your weight, which is needed and then apply for a cabin crew job. Apart from weight, there are other eligibilities also available for a cabin crew job. You should have completed 12th and your age should not be more than 26 years for a cabin crew job. You should hold an Indian Passport and should be unmarried to get a cabin crew job. You have to apply for a cabin crew job through the air lines’ official website.
