What are the rounds conducting the IBM for refferral walkin? Referral Pattern for IBM Interview

Now the rounds for selection process in IBM Referral Walkin depends on which job you are seeking for. If you are going to be a fresher then it will be the same process which is followed for the campus placement where 3 rounds will be followed as follows,

-> Aptitude Test.

-> Technical Interview.

-> HR Interview.

If you are seeking for the experienced job then it will be only Technical & HR interview will be conducted.
