Usually companies like IBM won't tell openly about the dates and place information for off-campus interview because they don't want a huge crowd to be gathered for the interview process. The best way to find out the off campus interview details is to talk with your college placement officer and ask them when and where IBM off campus can happen, if they didn't know about it then you can talk with friends who are studying in different colleges in your place to check if there is any possibility of off-campus happening in there college.
