How many rounds are you conducting for selection?
can you explain about rounds...briefly

The selection procedure for different job opportunities is different. Some companies may select the candidates by directly conducting personal interview.

Some other companies may conduct various rounds of selection process which may inculde
-JAM (Just A Minute)
-Written test
-Group Discussion
-Technical round
-HR Interview

Some companies may also conduct Voice and Accent test in order to test the listening abilities of the candidate.

Written test is the first part of the selection process for many of the on campus and off campus selections.

So, you should be ready to face all the above phases of selection procedure to perform well to get selected. Make your preparation in such a manner.

if some some is applying for the technical post then he/she have to face given below round

>>Aptitude test.

>>Technical Aptitude.

>>GD.

>>Technical interview.

if some one goes for the interview of management level posititon then he/she have to face

one is written. there they 'll give you some programs to write.
then there is technical interview. there they 'll ask you how did you solve this problem and will ask you to sort the problem that you have committed in paper. might be logical.
then third and final round will be HR. here they 'll ask you the normal questions not as much hard as the earler two.

A selection procedure for a government and private organization are sometime same but different.

Selection procedure for government job

Govt. selection procedure for 12th,graduation and above qualification.like upse,cds, psc,and other

>> preliminary exam.
>> mains exam.
>> interview.

Govt. job for technical field:like RRB,SAIL, BHEL,DRDO,ONGE,NTPC,and other

>>technical papar
>> document verification and interview.
>>medical test.

Private job selection procedure

-Qualify as per result
-Written test
-Group Discussion
-Technical round
-HR Interview
some time selection pattern procedure change as number of candidate so practice well and all the best.

in most of the companies,
the selection procedures are 1. written test(to know our aptitude skills and verbal skills)
2. group disscussions( to know our english fluency and capacity )
3.interview( how to communicate with our higher officials)..

Generally for IT SECTOR there will be three rounds

1.Aptitude Test
2.GD
3.TECHNICAL and HR interview.

Some important factors which you must keep you in mind :

1.Do not panic.They don't kill you.
2.Do not hesitate.
3.Do not lie.They will proof that you are lying.
4.Explain each question with an example.
5.Keep your eye in contact with them.
6.say i don't know what you don't know.
7.Wear proper clothes and dress and stay clean.
