I am B.tech final year civil engineering student.In off campussing interviews.I want to ask will they give me sums from strength of material in interview time.
Is any apti or GD round will be held for LIMITED companies like simplex,ivrcl,gammon etc during off campassing interview jobs. Please help me
urgent.

They will not ask you to solve numerical problems directly. But they may ask to see and test your approach especially if it is a core company.
Most of the limited or core companies do not have GD round in their selection process. Usually they have written and personal interview rounds. However some companies also have GD round in the selection process.

Yes, definitely the group discussion (GD) and aptitude test are compulsory in approximately all limited companies.

So my suggestion to you is that you should prepare yourself for the aptitude test.

Aptitude test generally consist of :

* Reasoning

* Verbal and non verbal reasoning.

* Mathematics problems.

* Logical puzzles.

* Current awareness

Also you should have good communication skills for the group discussion.
