What are the advantages of doing Science for Higher Secondary? I am interested in Accounting so I want to opt Commerce but my parents are telling me to opt Science. Please tell me the advantages?

Your parents should encourage you to take up subject if your choice. This is because one can flourish in something that comes naturally and not that which is deliberately imposed. In most cases that fail to work well and the result is under performance. Science and commerce both are completely different streams and have no connections what so ever. A student pursuing science can opt for medical, engineering, research work. Commerce too has a number of options. CA, CS, Cost Accountant, and many more. The mere fact is both of these streams have opportunities to flourish, it is upto you which one you wish to seek for.
