I have failed in 11th CBSE but
I don't want to study again in 11th.
So, can I join NIOS for 12th now?
Am I eligible to do this?

No, you cannot study 12th standard through NIOS, if you have not qualified in your 11th standard, because in order to get admission in 12th standard at any NIOS school, you need to submit your 11th standard pass certificate, then only such NIOS school will offer you admission. So, now you cannot get admission in 12th standard at any NIOS school. First try to complete your 11th standard, then you can apply for admission in 12th standard at any NIOS school.

yes ofcause you are eligible for NIOS i.e. National Institute of Open Schooling. They only require 10th standard passed from any one of recognize board either from state national or CBSE. But you have one year gap between your 10th and applying year.

so, don't worry and just apply for admission in NIOS. They require some documents which you have to submit there. Also you have to send exam and registration fee as a demand draft. They send study material and enrollment number to your postal address.

You did not get the admission for 12th class when you disqualified in 11th class. the main reason is that when you go the admission in NIOS in 12th class then they will ask your 11th certificate but you already not have this certificate. My suggestion to you is that firstly clear the 11th class then easily get the admission in NIOS for 12th class.
