I have a Study Centre I want to take affiliation from Council of Higher Secondary Education Delhi. Head Office Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand. Is it valid Board or approved by Board of Education or not? Degree from this Board is valid or not? Is it Government approved?

Before you take any further decision, let me tell you that "Council of Higher Secondary Education" is a fake board and a fake organization. Neither the state government, nor any other judicial organization approves of this board. Hence you can easily deduce that the degree or the certificate given by this board of education is NOT VALID. So whatever you are doing never try for the approval of this organization. Instead apply for UGC approval.
