How to overcome gap after teaching for two years to get a better job in future?
Hi, I am a post graduate in Bioscience. After graduation, I did my B.Ed and taught in one of the reputed school of Jaipur. But due to some reason, we shifted to Kolkata. Due to some reasons, I didn't join any school in Kolkata. Now there is a gap of about 3 years.And I again want to join some school but everyone asks about the gap. So, how to overcome such situation and get a job?

If gap was due to some personal issues, then you can explain it during the interview. Just make sure you have documents to prove your stand.
Some schools can give you job, even if you have gap. If possible, you can apply for job through employee references, in case you are facing problems in getting a job. |
