Candidates who have completed their 10th standard can join in 11th standard in commerce stream. You can join your 11th standard in state board or CBSE board or even in any other board, because there is no restriction above this issue. And percentage is not mandatory requirement to get admission at most of the schools. But, some top schools will offer admissions only to the students, who have more than 60 percentage in their 10th standard.

No percentage criteria is required to pursue Commerce course after completion of 10th standard from a recognised board. But, you must have qualified all subjects in your 10th standard examinations from a recognised board. You can pursue Commerce stream from any board whether CBSE or ISC or State Board in which you are interested. But, I suggest you to pursue your Commerce stream from CBSE Board because, you can gain more knowledge and this board syllabus will be useful for you when you appear in All India Competitive examinations and the minimum age required to pursue Commerce stream after 10th standard is completion of 15 years.

Board has not fixed any criteria regarding percentage required for opting Commerce stream, except that the student must have passed tenth class.

The minimum percentage of a student in class 10th is required only for taking admission in a particular school, that depends on school to school and from area to area.

All the best.
