If one fail in one subject in WBCHSE, he is really fail or the subject is rejected? And he can apply to a college for graduation?

No, you are under compartment list. You need to write compartmental or improvement exam and need to pass in each and every subject to be eligible for any type of competitive examination. If any candidate has cross in more than 1 subject then only he/she will be considered fail and need to give exam one more time or improvement exam. Otherwise if you are under compartment then you can write compartmental exam which is held just after declaration of result.

You need to fill up form for that particular subject and write exam within one month after declaration of results.

If you failed in one subject then you will be considered as compartment case thus you have chance to passed that subject after one month of result out.

As if you got failed in more than one subject then you will be considered as failed candidate.

In both the situation you will not apply for graduation course because the first requirement for any graduation course that you must have passed 12th standard from any recognized school/institution.

I have failed in physics, chemistry, maths in 2017 WBCHSE, then shall I am able to give supply in physics and chemistry ?
