You have attempt questions of 45 marks out of 70 marks. If you get 22 marks that it will calculated on 70 not on 45 marks. To pass in any subjects one must score 35%. If you calculate you score 22/70*100= 31.4%, clearly you are failed. To pass you should have scored at least 25 marks. You will be considered a fail student. Concentrate on your study more for better marks.

33% marks is required to pass in any paper. 22 marks out of 70 is not going to help you pass in the given subject. If you come close to 22 then there is a chance that board will give you grace marks and declare you passed.

Normally, if we look at results of those who have failed in any subject them we will notice that most them are below 20 marks out of 70.

You are considered as pass if you have scored at least 23 marks out of 70 marks. If you get 22 marks then you are not considered as a pass student. That is why you must try to score at least 23 out of 70 marks.

You will only be considered as a pass candidate in the prospective subject if you have achieved a minimum of 35 marks altogether, i.e. 35 marks out of 100.

Therefore, as you have scored only 22 marks out of 70, therefore, you need to score a minimum of 13 marks in 30 in order to be eligible to pass in the subject.

If you score 22 marks out of 70, then it will 31.4% of marks, which means you are not qualified. To pass in any of the subject, candidates must score 35% of marks. So, you must score at least of 25 marks out of 70 in order to pass in that particular subject.

You are required to obtain at least 33% marks to clear the examination. If you have obtained 30 marks out of 70 you have already cleared the examination so you do not need to be worried.
