I have passed my diploma with 49.5 % marks and would like to join BS Engineering course with Bits Pilani and haven't sure if i will be eligible for this course with such low diploma marks.... can any one guide me with university's available with this Btech Course

Sorry to say that you cannot get lateral entry admission into BITS Pilani, because BITS Pilani institution does not offer lateral entry scheme. However, you can apply for lateral entry in some other college.

If you want to get admission only through lateral entry, then you will have to quality in lateral entry entrance exam which is conducted by the respective university. Based on the entrance exam score you may get admission for course through lateral entry.

I'm a plain B. Sc computer science student of 1st year. Can I get a lateral entry in 2nd year of BS ,if my 1st year of B.Sc gets cleared?
