Hello Everyone,
How can I join in ISRO as a scientist? I am studying B.Tech in Andhra Pradesh in Electrical Engineering and I want to join ISRO for being a Scientist there. Please help me.

First of all I appreciate your willingness of doing job in research sector. Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) recruits engineers under Scientist post every year.

**But unfortunately, it does not recruit the Electrical Engineering students. It takes the exam under three streams:

--Electronics

--Computer Science

--Mechanical

**So in short you are not eligible for getting job as Scientist post in ISRO. But there is no need to worry about that you can apply for your core companies such as NTPC, BPCL etc. These companies recruit the electrical engineering students and also you have a better career. But the thing is that these companies recruit through the GATE score. So you have to secure more marks in the GATE exam for getting job in good PSU’s.

I am studying in 11th class (science and mathematics) .
So my question is this subject is right for make a isro scientist .
