I will be doing MBA in HR . what else can I do , like doing any other side course or learning any skill that will help me to get a good position in top MNC companies.

Since, you will be doing MBA. So, apart from MBA i will suggest you to go for ITIL certification.

ITIL also know as Information technology Infrastructure Library is a managerial level course which every IT employee should get it done. So, if you do this, then your market value will increase and when you will apply for the job you will be the first person to get appointed for the job.

There are very few IT employee with ITIL certification. So, this will be the best side learning for you which will help you in getting good job too.
