Can I do correspondence B.Sc (Chemistry) if discontinued about 6 years ago?


Can I do B.Sc in Chemistry through correspondence mode. I am working as a Carpenter. I have discontinued my B.Sc during my 2nd year about 6 years ago because of my father illness. Can I do B.Sc by correspondence now?

Yes, if you are interested in pursuing the higher degree you are eligible to get the admission in corresponding in Chemistry.

The eligibility to get the admission in the bachelor degree in chemistry is candidate must have passed 10+2 from recognised university in Science stream. So, you are eligible for admission but you have to start your course from 1st year as you cannot continue your course from 2nd year or 3rd year of course.

Yes, there is no such problem in it. You can get admission in correspondence B.Sc(Chemistry) from a recognized college and can continue with your studies further.

It is never too late to study, therefore, I suggest you to opt for the course at the earliest.

Yes, you can do correspondence B.Sc Chemistry now, but you cannot continue the discontinued course. You have to start the course fresh i.e. from 1st year onwards. The students completed 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry as one of the subjects is eligible for B.Sc Chemistry in correspondence mode. The course is available in many universities in correspondence mode in India like

I failed in theory papers in 1997,can i complete B.Sc.Chemistry with correspondence mode..

I have discontinued my bsc in 2nd year before 2 years can I complete it now by correspondence.
