Can I apply for ST in Karnataka if I belong from Jharkhand and loving in Bangalore?


I have a st certificate from jharkhand,thats the only proof i have stating that i'm st...

You question is so confusing that it does not indicate exactly what is your requirement!
You have a ST certificate issued by the Government of Jharkhand it will be valid in for official use and admission in college/university in Karnataka.

You already have the certificate so you do not need to apply again for ST category certificate from Karnataka Government until and unless it is asked by you to get one by any concerned department.
