HI,
You can join Indian Navy after completing B.Sc(I.T) through C.D.S exam.
C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in the year.

Eligibility Criteria:-
> Pass graduation with any subject from recognized university
> Age limit:-19-24 year
> Medically fit
> Must be citizen of India.

Date of notification:-29.10.2011
Last date of receipt of form:-28.11.2011(MONDAY)
Date of exam:-12.02.2012(SUNDAY)

To join in Indian Navy after graduation,you should appear for CDS exam.This exam is conducted by UPSC every year twice.This exam is conducted to take qualified students into different defense service like Indian Navy,Indian Army and Indian Air Force.

Eligibility criteria for CDS exam:
For Indian Navy:
You should have complete graduation degree in Engineering.
And your age should be between 19 to 23 years.
For Indian Air Force:
You should have complete graduation degree in Engineering or graduation degree with any stream(if you have complete 12th class with Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects)
And your age should be between 19 to 22 years.
For Indian Army:
You should have complete graduation degree with any stream from a recognized university.
And your age should be between 19 to 24 years.

As you have complete graduation in B.Sc course,so you are not eligible for Indian Navy.If you are interested,then you can appear for Indian Air Force/Indian Army.

Important dates for CDS-II exam:
Issuing of application form from 2nd June 2012 to 2nd July 2012.
Exam will held on 16th Sep 2012.

Yes , You are eligible for Indian Navy exam through CDSE .This exam is conducted by UPSC in every year.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Those candidate are completed graduation are eligible for CDSE exam but 12 standard subject must be Math and Physics.

B-TECH ans BE student are also eligible for this exam .But you have not any Pending Backlog.

Final Year student are also eligible for CDSE exam.There is no percentage marks criteria.

AGE CRITERIA

Indian Military Academy - 19-24 Years
Air Force Academy - 19-23 Years
Naval Academy - 19-22 Years
Officer's Training Academy - 19-25 Years

Only Unmarried persons are eligible

when do the new forms of cds coming ?

I have passed my graduation and softwere engineering gniit in ths year i the student of commerce stream i have got 64 % marks in bsc.it graduation can i applied ths indian navy pls tell me ....my no 09796662133 i am so confuse....

Indian navy exam is the civil service exam,it is conducted by upsc
so u can apply for this exam,u can apply for this the age of 23 years
eligibility;-
1.the person should be graduate with 55%
2.should be citizen of indian
3.should be physically fit
4.no eye sight
5.age limit is 21 to 25 years

Yes you can join Indian Navy after completion of your graduation from B.Sc IT.
To join Indian Navy you have to appear in Combined Defence Services (CDS) exam which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission of India.
The basic criteria to be in CDS examination as following.
1. Candidate must have completed Graduation with at least 60% from any recognised University of India.
2. For Navy candidate have Physics and Mathematics in 10 + 2 standard.
3. Age Limit candidate must have 19 to 24 years during the commencement of course.
In defence exam there is no category reservation provided to any candidate.
