my name is komala i am studying final year BE.what should be the % to join BHEL.what are the exam should i attend so please tell me.

BHEL is India's most innovative Engineering company which deals in sectors like Railways, Oil and Gas, Power etc. A claim which was verified by the Forbes when it placed BHEL at the 9 spot in its list of world's most innovative companies.

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited was established almost half a century back to bring life in domestic heavy electronics equipment industry in India. Today the decision has paid large dividends. BHEL's manufactured equipments are responsible for generating 74 percent power in India.

There are plenty of job opportunities in BHEL every year. The company posts a job ad in leading newspaper and welcomes eligible candidates to appear in the written test for the job. You would be glad to know that there are several jobs in BHEL for the B.Tech/B.E. candidates. However mostly candidates belonging to streams like EE, ECE and Mechanical are considered for the job. The stream requirement is mentioned in the job post itself.


Eligibility:

First you will have to complete the B.E. degree.

Make sure you score at least 60 percent marks in the B.E. course.

Next step would to appear in GATE exam. No it is not for M.Tech but for job in BHEL. Don't get confused. Public Sector Undertakings in India give much importance to the GATE score of a candidate while considering for the job.

Candidates with good GATE score are exempted from appearing in written test and called for direct interview. Therefore it is important to give GATE entrace exam.

Then look for the job opening which may be posted on newspapers and on the official website of the BHEL. You will have to follow the procedure mentioned in the ad and appear in the written test for the job.

In the end it all depends on your performance in the written test. However that's not all. You will still have to give interview before getting the job.

Hi,
Apply for BHEL written exam which they will announce every year based on the number of seats availabilty. Written test basically comprise of general aptitude and technical part covering your department. If you clear in the written test, it is very easy to get through the technical interview round as they test only your confidence and not your indepth knowledge. If you get into BHEL you will surely live a great life. A very good company with good pay

ELIGIBILITY for BHEL:

=> A candidate must have completed their B.E with atleast 60% from recogenise universities.
=> A candidate must have to appear for GATE exam and als ohave to crack it with Good score for getting job in BHEL.

The selection process is based on GATE marks and personal interview.

BHEL eligibility :
1. All the candidates must pass the 4 years b.tech degree or 5 years integrated dual degree in engineering
2. The upper age limit is 27 years
3. For the candidates who have passed 2 years post graduation in engineering or management is 29 years

BHEL recruitment :
1. Candidates who wish to apply for Engineer Trainee position in BHEL will be required to take the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).
2. Candidates will have to separately apply on-line to BHEL for which BHEL recruitment
website http://careers.bhel.in will be activated during January 2013
3. In BHEL’s on-line application, candidates will have to give their GATE-2013 registration
Number. The GATE-2013 Admit Card shall contain the GATE-2013 Registration
Number
4. Marks obtained in GATE-2013 (marks out of 100) will be utilized by BHEL for inviting
candidates for a Personal Interview for consideration for the position of Engineer
Trainees.

Pay scales :
1. The pay scale for engineers is 20,600 - 46,500 rupees

Medical test :
1. All the candidates will be sent to medical test and all pass it to get the job

Age relaxations :
1. For SC/ST the age relaxation is 5 years.
2. OBC categories have 3 years age relaxation.
3. Physically Challenged candidates have :
- by 10 years for General
- by 13 years for OBC (NCL)
- by 15 years for SC/ST.

Vacancies :
1. The total nuber of vacancies is 500
2. The total unreserved seats are 253
3. OBC category seats are 135
4. SC vacancies are 75
5. ST vacancies are 37

BHEL - Electronic division has called for 100 graduate for one year training. Candidates who have passed their graduation in B-Com,BBM, BA, BSc, BCA, BSW in year 2015. Candidates should have to score 70% (60% for SC/ST aggregate.

Age Limit:

Minimum 18 years.
Maximum 30 years (General)
33 years (OBC)
35 years (SC/ST) as on 01/03/2016.

Stipend will be provided during the training period (Rs 7140)

The selection process will be according to the applications receiving. Personal interview shall be conducted for selected applications in ratio.

To take Entry in BHEL you have to be crack GATE exam. The BHEL recruit the person on the basis of GATE marks. So you have to apply for the GATE exam first. And if you clear your GATE exam, than you are eligible for the BHEL jobs. After clearing GATE exam you can appear for the BHEL entrance exam. And the candidate who successfully clear that entrance exam will further go for the interview round. And Selected candidate recruit by BHEL.
The Selection criteria in BHEL is as follows:
> GATE:- 60 marks
> Written exam:- 30 marks
> Interview:- 10 marks
