IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is the test conducted to assess the language ability of a candidate who is looking forward to pursue his/her studies or work where English is the language of communication. Not many Universities and companies will ask for it but some of them do.
IELTS exam score is recognized in many countries like USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and so on. STEP 3: Go to the nearest test center and apply for the exam. HOW TO PREPARE FOR IELTS? IELTS exam goes around 2hrs 45minutes where it comprises of 4 important modules as shown below, Listening Test: It goes for 30 minutes where in 4 sections will be covered where some incident or stories played in cassette tape and you need to answer the questions asked after then. It will be played only once so you need to very careful and cautious in what you hear. Reading Test: It goes for 60 minutes where it covers either General Training Reading or Academic Reading where in you need to cover 3 different sections based on the difficulty level.
