Yes, definitely you can pursue M.Tech course in abroad by appearing in GRe examination. Along with GRE examination, you also need to appear in IELTS/TOEFL examination to prove your English Language Proficiency in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking sections. GRE score is the basic requirement that one need to have while applying for admission in Post Graduate courses in US universities. By scoring good marks in GRE and IELTS/ TOEFL examination, you can get admission in M.Tech course in US universities.

Yes, you can study M.Tech in foreign universities through GRE exam. You should score above 300 marks in GRE exam to get admission in a best university. After completing the exam, you can apply for universities, by sending your application form along with your test score. Then the universities will send you an admission letter, if your academic profile satisfies university admission criteria.
