Is it compulsory to start with MPH/MPA for students migrated on student visa basis?


I am from india. I am doing my intership of bds. I want to practice dentistry in usa. I want to do DDS but one of my friend told me that it is compulsory to start with MPH/MPA for those who migrated on student visa base. Is it true?
