After completing Diploma in Computer

Then can I get chance for further study B.Tech in USA?

Yes, you can definitely go for B.Tech course in USA after completion of diploma course in India. You need to score good marks in the entrance exams in order to make your application strong. Most of the universities in USA take admission on the basis of entrance exams - SAT and TOEFL/IELTS for b.tech course. Hence you need to appear in these entrance exams and score well. Then you need to apply online in the universities as per your scores in the entrance exams.
