I want to apply for Study Visa of Egypt for studying Computer Technology M.Sc course. Can I know how I can apply for Study Visa as an International Student? And I would like to know that is it chargeable?

It depends on which country you reside and from which you want to apply for visa. You can apply for study visa at the consulate of Egypt of the concerned country of which you are resident. Yes, you need to pay certain amount of fees for visa processing and stamping. You can get study visa only when get an admission call from a recognised institute of Egypt.
