Yes, you can appear for IELTS exam to pursue MBA in Germany. IELTS score is enough to apply for MBA admission in German universities, as most of the German universities offer MBA and MS admissions by considering only IELTS score of the applicants. Try to minimum 6.5 bands in IELTS exam to get admission in a good university.
