How to prepare for Guru Nanak Dev University PAMCAT?

Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar will conduct the PAMCAT every year for the admission of eligible candidates to its MCA programme. Those who have done their graduation can apply for the same. The exam will be very competitive and those clearing the test only be admitted to the post graduate degree in compute application.

Structure of Guru Nanak Dev University PAMCAT

Question paper will comprise of 5 sections. There will 50 objective type questions each in each of the sections. The candidates will need to answer the same in 45 minutes (for each section). Each correct answer will be awarded with 1 mark and moreover there shall be no negative marking. The first 3 sections are compulsory ones which all the candidates need to answer. From the last 2 sections, the candidates can choose any one section.

Study Plan for Guru Nanak Dev University PAMCAT

As a primary step, the candidates have to set up a timetable for studies. Also make certain that one follows it and covers all the topics in the syllabus.  Furthermore, the candidates have to practice all the problems and should also take special steps to memorize all the important formulas and points. The candidate should pay attention to vocabularies so as to improve their language skills. Moreover, give prior importance to revision. All the topics have to be revised at least 2 – 3 times so that the candidates can remember all the topics in a better manner.
