Institute of Agribusiness Management was established in the year 2000 with the objective of offering training and education to young women and men for taking up the task of managing any type of company and other agro-based income generation and advancement activities. The institution is approved by All India Council for Technical Education and Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University situated at Bikaner.

Course Details:

The institution is offering Master of Business Administration, which is a two-year full-time course. The course curriculum is designed in such a way that the students are offered with a practical interaction with several non-corporate and corporate organizations and they are able to gain adequate field experience and can develop as enterprising agribusiness managers.

Admission Procedure:

Admission to the MBA course offered by the Institute of Agribusiness Management is done based on the performance of the students in the Common Admission Test conducted by the Indian Institute of Management. Apart from CAT score, the students will also be evaluated through group discussion and personal interview.

Eligibility Criteria:

For applying to the institution, candidates must be graduates with not less than 60% of marks for general category and 55% of marks for candidates falling under SC/ST category.

Placement Cell:

The placement cell functioning at the Institute of Agribusiness Management arranges for placement opportunities for the students not only for project work and summer internship, but also for the final placement of the students on successful completion of their MBA with the institution. In the last two years, the students of the institution got placement in top-rated organization with a minimum pay of Rs. 25000 pm.

The library at IABM offers services like bibliography, reprography and lending of books to the staff members and students. It has a comprehensive collection of books pertaining to the field of management and related fields.
