Jagran Institute of Communication and Management hold admission process annually for undertaking candidates in its two year post graduation in Management course. The Institute offers several PGDM based courses in fields such as Electronic Media Management, Print Media Management, Digital Communications management and Marketing Communication Management. The institute courses are all approved by the AICTE. The Institute has decent infrastructural facilities and highly qualified teaching staff that imparts high quality management based education and is situated in the city of Bhopal.

The Institute short lists the candidates according to the score they get in either of the CAT or MAT or XAT exam, for the PGDM based program. There are also reserved seats for candidates who apply in a separate form for holding admission in the Institute itself. The list of candidates who are short listed by the Institute are then called for a second round of selection that includes Group Discussion along with Personal Interview. Only those candidates are selected, who have achieved the highest marks in both the form of selection procedures and then offered the final admission in the institute in the above said course.

Availability of Application forms:

Application forms for PGDM programme of JICM will be available directly from the institute and also from designated Career Launcher Centers and Axis Bank branches. Forms can also be downloaded through the website www.jicm.edu.in. Candidates have to send the completed form along with a demand draft and copies of all marksheets and scorecard of the entrance test.

Last date for receipt of filled-in application: last week of June, 2011

Personal Interview and Group Discussion- 1st week of July to 3rd week of July, 2011

Selection process:

Candidates are selected on the basis of their CAT/XAT/MAT scores. The selected candidates are then called for Personal Interview and Group Discussion.  Final selection of the candidates are done after assessing the candidate’s performance in written test, Personal Interview, Work Experience and Academic Record. The last may be crucial in some of the cases.
