Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank conducts a KVG Bank Officers Recruitment Exam in the month of October. The posts for which candidates are recruited are:
Officer Middle Management Grade (Scale-III),
Officer Middle Management Grade (Scale-II),
Officer Junior Management Grade (Scale-I) Cadre
And Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
Structure of KVG Bank Officers Recruitment Exam
The recruitment process consists of both the written test and the interview. Candidates successfully completing the written test will be only allowed to attend the interview. There will a total of 200 questions. There will be 50 questions each from all the sections. And each section carries 50 marks. To qualify for the interview, a candidate should at least score 40% marks. The interview will be held for 30 marks.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate applying for this entrance exam should have knowledge in Kannada language.
- All the candidates must be an Indian.
- Minimum educational qualification for this job of Officer Middle Management Scale-III is a bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience. Their maximum age limit is 41 years.
- Preference will be given to applicants holding a diploma/degree in management related subjects like Finance, Marketing, Law, Economics etc. Also candidates who have specialized in various courses in area like Veterinary Science, Agricultural, Information Technology, too will be given more preference.
- Minimum educational qualification for the post of Officer Middle Management Scale-II in information technology is a bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology with an experience of one year. Their maximum age limit is 32 years.
- Minimum educational qualification for the post of Law Officer is a bachelor’s degree in law with an experience of two years. Their maximum age limit is 28 years.
- Minimum educational qualification for the post of General Banking Officer is a bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy. Their maximum age limit is 28 years.
- Minimum educational qualification for the post of Officer Junior Management Scale-I is a bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy. Their maximum age limit is 28 years.
- For the post of office assistant, the eligibility criterion is a Bachelors degree and knowledge in Kannada language. Their maximum age limit is 28 years.
- Special reservation is there for the candidates belonging to the backward classes of our country.

Online registrations are only allowed. Hence all the candidates need to submit application through online method only. Fee for the application from is Rs three hundred.
