Company profile: It is a power generation company under the govt. of India. It was commissioned in the year 2003 and since then it has come a long way by its hard work and quality. It has some major projects which shall complete by 2010.

Job profile: The managers will be required to carry out a supervisory work and they will be responsible for governing the activities of their respective departments. They will also be responsible for managing the employees under them and making sure that they complete their activities on time.

Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 56 years for a GM, 45 years for DGM, 38 years for Manager, 35 for a DM, 40 years for a SM (Senior Manager) and 30 years for an AM. However, relaxation can be claimed.

Educational Qualifications: A candidate must have a full time MBA or CA/cost accounting (for finance department) or a PG diploma/degree in management in the relevant field. A candidate must have a relevant experience in his/her field of specialization.

No. of posts: Posts in HR department are – 1 for GM, 1 for DGM, 1 for Manager and 1 DM. The posts in finance department are – 1 each for DGM, SM, AM, Manager and DM. The posts in Technical and Civil department are – 1 for AM and 1 for managers. There is 1 post each for DGM and manager in Chemistry department.

Pay scale: For GM and DGM it is Rs37400-67000 plus a grade pay of Rs11500 and Rs9500 respectively. For a Manager, DGM, AM and SM it is Rs19100-39000 plus a grade pay of Rs8800, Rs7800, Rs7000 and Rs9100 respectively.

Selection process: The candidates will have to appear for an interview. The selections will be on the basis of merit.
