Post Graduate Programme in Management for Senior Executives (PGPMAX) offered at ISB is designed for senior working professionals. This is a fast track MBA course which can be completed with in 15 weeks time duration. Admissions are offered on the basis of interview, work experience, professional achievements of the candidate, etc. Selected candidates can seek admission to the course by paying Rs. 3, 50,000/- as admission fees. Tuition fee for the course amounts to Rs. 25,20,000/-

Eligibility Criteria for PGPMAX in ISB

Bachelor’s degree is the basic qualification required to pursue the course. Applicant must possess minimum 10 years work experience from any reputed organization. Those with work experience of 15 years or more are preferred during selection process. TOEFL / IELTS score is mandatory for international students whose language of instruction was not English.

Selection Criteria for PGPMAX in ISB

Selection of eligible candidates is done on the basis of interview. The admission committee of ISB is responsible for conducting the interview. Admissions are mainly offered on the basis of number years of work experience and the nature of work performed.  Professional success and the livelihood of benefitting from the programme are also taken in to consideration. Other factors like academic performance at bachelor level, communication skills, leadership qualities, etc are also considered for admission.

Application Procedure for PGPMAX in ISB

Applications can be submitted via online method. Before submitting the application, candidate should pay the application fee. Application fee for the course is Rs. 8000/-. Late applicants must pay Rs. 15,000/- as application fee. Fee payment can be made through credit card only. Along with online application candidate must submit the soft copy of the following documents.

• Proof of income
• Professional Evaluation report from current or previous employers/supervisors
• Support Letter from Employer
• ILETS/TOEFL score (if applicable)

Fee details for the whole program are mentioned below.

• Admission Fee: Rs. 3, 50,000/-
• Tuition Fee: Rs. 25, 20,000/-
• Total: Rs. 28,70,000/-

Apart from this, candidate must pay Rs. 3,54,732 as service tax. Therefore the total fee that needs to be paid at for the course amounts to Rs32,24,732/-.

Admission fee must be paid within 20 days of admission offer. Tuition fee can be paid in a single installment or in 4 separate installments having Rs. 6, 30,000/- each. Additional expenses while pursuing the course include travel expenses, accommodation in travel trips, purchase of laptops, etc. Expenses in this case may range from Rs.3 lakh to 6 lakhs for the whole program.
