Thiagarajar School of Management is one of the big names as far as management courses are concerned. The college offers plenty of interesting courses in various areas. One of them is MBA. The program is a 2 year program. The college invites all the aspiring students for admission in the MBA program.

Thiagarajar School of Management was established in 1962 and since then is one considered to be among the reputed institutes for management education. Its MBA program is affiliated from Madurai Kamraj University and has got approval of All India Institute for Technical Education (AICTE). TSM has shown very good placement records over the past years.

Candidates are shortlisted for MBA program of TSM on the basis of their CAT/MAT scores. Therefore for admission in MBA program of TSM candidates have to appear for either of these exams. The candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of their scores in the mentioned exams have to appear in a further selection process consisting of Personal Interview after which the final selections are made.

Eligibility criteria:

In order to be eligible for the MBA program at Thiagarajar School of Management, one will have to be at least a graduate. Those candidates who are going to get graduated in the year 2011 are also eligible.

Availability of Application forms:

The forms for TSM will be available from the institute and also from designated IMS centers. The form can also be obtained by post from TSM by sending a Demand Draft along with the request for form. Candidates can also download the form online through the website www.tsm.ac.in.

Interviews: end week of March to First week of April

Selection process:

Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their CAT/MAT scores. The shortlisted candidates are then called for further selection process consisting of a Personal Interview.  Final selection is based on candidate’s performance in CAT/MAT, Interview, Past Academic Performance and Work Experience.
