Structure of University of Pune PhD Defense and Strategic studies Entrance Exam

The exam consists of 100 questions with time duration of 2 hours. The entire examination is divided into two sections. Section 1 will have 20 objective questions covering the entire syllabus. Section II will have questions from the eight areas of the subjects in the syllabus and aspirants will have to answer one question from each area.

Eligibility Criteria

Following candidates are eligible for the course:

• Candidates with a master’s degree in M.A or M.Sc
• In-service Officers of the Indian Armed Forces
• Foreign candidates with an aggregate of 50%
