Life Insurance Corporation of India was founded in the year 1956 under the Government of India. The headquarter of the corporation is located at Mumbai. Mr. T. S. Vijayan is the Chairman of the corporation while the corporation also has three managing directors named Mr. D. K. Mehrotra, Thomas Mathew and A. Dasgupta. There is a strength of approximately 1 lakh 13 thousand employees in the corporation. Life Insurance Corporation of India is considered as the largest life insurance company present in the country.

Job Profile:

Candidates are invited to apply for the posts of Direct Sales Executives in various divisions of LIC south central zonal Hyderabad Division.

Eligibility:

Candidates should be in between 21 to 35 years of age as on 1 May 2010. Age Relaxation for reserved category candidates is available as per government rules.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute or university in India is the minimum educational qualification required for applying for the post of Direct Sales Executives in LIC Hyderabad Division.

No. of posts: Total 75 posts are available.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be get the consolidated salary of Rs. 25000 per month.

Selection process:

A written test followed by an interview test are the selection criteria set for the candidates. Candidates will have to qualify in both in order to get selected on the specified post.
