PhD in Metallurgical & Material Engineering is a broad discipline which emphasizes strong materials engineering fundamentals ranging from the extracting of metals and minerals from ores, to the production of steel, development and fabrication of alloys, pure metals and other materials. The duration of the course is not fixed. It depends on the thesis or dissertation. Once the thesis or dissertation gets approved, the course gets completed.

I am pursuing M.Tech. in Polymer Technology from SLIET Longowal (P.B.). Before M.Tech., I have complete M.Sc. in Polymer Science & Chemical Tech. from CCS University Meerut (U.P.) in 2009. Now , Can i join your department as a Ph.D. scholar.
