Madhya Pradesh Board is the state Board of the state of Madhya Pradesh and every year it conducts the class 12 Board Exams for the students studying in various schools in different parts of the state affiliated to this board. There are too many papers in class and Geography is one of the subjects which is for the students who has taken Geography as one of their subjects in their Arts Stream.

Division of the paper:

There are two different parts of the paper, namely Part A and Part B.

Paper Pattern:

Part A has a maximum of four main question and candidates have to attempt all. There are questions belonging to fill in the Blanks, Match the Following, Answer in one word and True & False. The second part of the paper has a maximum of twelve questions, out of which candidates have to attempt all. Each of the first main questions is offered in pairs, and candidates have to choose any one from each of the pair. The twelfth main question relates to map pointing and is compulsory in nature. The question is offered in singular form and no internal options are offered. Question can be answered in either Hindi or English Language.

Markings:

The total mark of the paper is seventy-five. The first section of the paper carries twenty marks, which means, each of the main question carries five marks. The second part carries a total of fifty-five marks.

Time allotted for examination:

The time duration allotted for completing the exam is three hours.
