Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU) came into existence on Dec. 1st 1973 as Garhwal University, under the Uttar Pardesh State Universities Act. The Garhwal University came to be known as Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University in 1989 in memorial of the leading statesman of the nation, Shri Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna.
The University became a Central University under the provision of the Central Universities Ordinance, 2009. The University offers excellent teaching service with state of art research facilities, best teachers and close academic relations with a number of premier institutions.

but sir our prepartion of that paper in thoerytical method ,
sir plz send some sample questions to colleges for that papers practice.
